The Gluten Diet: Another Weight-Loss Fad
Many people are now looking at eliminating gluten to lose weight and improve health. In fact many gluten-free products are hitting the grocery store shelves to satisfy these customers. Only 1 in 100 American has a celiac disease, a disease caused by sensitivity to gluten in white flour, but the market share of gluten-free product is expected to reach $1.3 billion next year.
