For all of those who have problem with constipation, this article offers practical advice. Curing constipation is as simple as changing one’s routine to include more trips to the water cooler. Other tips are just as practical: increase exercise, add more fiber to your diet, check your medications for constipation as a side effect, and don’t overuse laxatives.
