Let Them Eat Bread!

A support group in Delray Beach, FL, has raised $9,000 to offset the cost of gluten-free bread for people with celiac disease. Their Gluten-Free Food Assistance Program is the first of its kind. Gluten-free products are often quite expensive, as much as 79% more than their gluten-containing counterparts, and many cannot afford them.
