Mom with a Mission

Jeanine Hengel is a Connecticut mom with a gluten-free mission. She has multiple food allergies, as does her son Austin. A diet change improved Austin’s behavior and symptoms drastically. To help Austin have tasty food options, Hengel took gluten-free cooking classes at a local culinary institute.
