Coconut Flour for Celiacs
For those with celiac disease, coconut flour may be a helpful alternative to wheat products. You can use coconut flour to thicken curries and other sauces. The flour can be substituted for wheat flour in baked products; however it is highly absorbent, and more liquid will have to be added. This article provides several recipes that use coconut flour.
