Small-Town Life, Gluten Free

People with celiac disease in south-central Pennsylvania will be delighted to know that their medical needs are being met in a number of ways. Hersheypark has introduced gluten-free concession food, and mainstream grocery stores are feature more gluten-free products. The Gluten Free Source is a retail feature of the small town of Dillsburg, PA, suggesting that small towns are becoming aware of the segment of the population with need for these products.
