With all the buzz about Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, it’s good to know that there is now Gluten-Free Faces, a site for people with celiac disease. Chad Hines, the founder of the site, was diagnosed with celiac at age 17. He created the community to help others with celiac find recipes and information, share stories, ask questions, and participate in discussions.
